Job Description

About the Team

The Pricing Analyst II will join the Pricing Support team, a high-performing group responsible for processing approximately 2,800 pricing requests each month. The team partners closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely pricing proposals while continuously improving processes and supporting the implementation of Oracle CPQ. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on operational excellence, innovation, and scalable pricing solutions.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Analyze pricing requests and provide recommendations that support business objectives, sales strategies, and long-term client value.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate pricing proposals for Sales, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage pricing requests through the full pricing workflow, including validation, configuration, pricing generation, and proposal delivery.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of pricing, financial analysis, revenue management, or related experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Added Bonus If You Have
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ or similar pricing and quote-to-cash platforms.
  • Experience supporting pricing proposals, deal pricing, or pricing strategy initiatives.
  • Knowledge of pricing systems, proposal workflows, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with Sales or commercial teams in a technology, financial services, or SaaS environment.
