What We're Looking For The Restaurant Server provides exceptional table service by delivering food and beverages, anticipating guest needs, and creating a warm and memorable dining experience. This role contributes directly to the restaurant's atmosphere, guest satisfaction, and overall success. Who You Are

What You Will Do
Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit Process payments accurately using POS systems Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed Regular attendance in conformance with standards May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include: Required:
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience Strong guest service and communication skills Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed Ability to obtain a valid TABC permit
