Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:Day shift | Monday - Friday (Should be able to work between 6:30 AM & 5:00 PM)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or machine repair experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving CNC equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components.
  • Working knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery independently.
  • CNC machine tool technician experience is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.


Job Duties

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct routine machine inspections and ensure proper lubrication, fluid levels, and equipment cleanliness.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and mechanical drawings.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with production supervisors and managers.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all safety procedures and environmental compliance requirements, including spill response protocols.
  • Assist with general facility maintenance and other duties as assigned.
