Job Description: The Senior Manager, Marketing Events leads the strategy, prioritization, and execution of the firm's U.S. events portfolio as a core component of business development and client engagement. This role is responsible for ensuring that events are aligned to firm, practice, and industry priorities; deliver measurable impact; and are executed with operational excellence. This individual serves as a strategic partner to firm leadership, partners, business development strategists, and other stakeholders. They are responsible for guiding event strategy from concept through post-event follow-up and ROI analysis. The role also leads the continued evolution of the U.S. events model, including intake, go/no-go decisioning, and performance measurement. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
