The Senior Proposal Coordinator leads the development of high-quality, compliant, and persuasive proposals that support our pursuit of software, consulting, and professional services opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in proposal management, strategic writing, marketing, and cross-functional collaboration within an RFx environment. Success in this role requires the ability to analyze opportunities, develop compelling win themes, translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused value propositions, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Reporting to leadership within Marketing and Business Development, this position partners closely with sales, subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and executive leadership to support capture strategy, manage proposal execution, and help win new business. Theanticipatedbase salary range for this role is$70,000 - $121,500.(presented in good faith). In addition to base pay, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and may be eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity depending on the role. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as internal equity, skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
