Overview: The Outdoor Activities Supervisor will be responsible for organizing, planning, and overseeing the execution of Outdoor Activities while reporting to the Director of Recreation. Responsibilities: * Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners * Work with Director of Recreation to ensure excellence and quality in service and products/offerings as well as drive revenue in all activities on property. * Direct and lead Outdoor activities staff ensuring the vision is understood and executed. * Create and update SOP's for all activities. * Supervise and orchestrate all Outdoor Activities and equipment involved. * Work with Director of Recreation on scheduling staff for Team Building and group events. * Work with Director of Recreation scheduling Outdoor Activities staff. * Assist with development of new programs. * Create and update MOS checklist for Outdoor Activities. * Work with Associate Services on recruiting and training. * Inspect all Activity Vehicles daily - entering any issues in Synergy * Understand the financial goals of Omni and how it relates to the Trilogy Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age * Must have a valid driver's license and meet company MVR requirements * CPR, AED and Basic First Aid certification or willing to obtain * Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and occasional evenings. * Must be willing and able to work in unfavorable weather.
