Position Summary Develop, coordinate, and implement programs and services for the Center for Student Life within the Division of University Life. Responsibilities typically include advising fraternity and sorority organizations, supervising student leaders, facilitating peer leadership programs, managing new student onboarding programs and processes, creating workshops and services tailored to fraternity and sorority life or more targeted and identified student communities, and working to develop or enhance appropriate engagement models and resource planning that facilitates connections with faculty, students, and staff outside the classroom. This position will work with the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) in the following areas: advising two governing councils and their corresponding chapters; assisting with the development and implementation of FSL leadership programs; and assisting with major student life leadership initiatives within the Center. As an active member of the Center for Student Life team, this position will be involved in student organization advisement, university and departmental policy oversight, program and service assessment, major programming, budget management, communication, marketing, and collaboration with other areas within the Center for Student Life and across campus. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $77,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
