The successful candidate will work in the Quality Department and be responsible for the administration and calibration of M&TE (Measuring and Test Equipment) to technical specifications.

The Role

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Calibration Technician to work out of its new, state-of-the-art facility in Mesa.

The key responsibilities of this Calibration Technician include, but are not limited to:



  • Maintaining traceability to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)
  • Develop and update procedures, and ensures documentation conforms to Quality Systems requirements
  • Understand, create and maintain records, reports and work instructions
  • Communicate effectively and work with others for calibration support and scheduling
  • Generate KPI reports

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Calibration Technician at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:



  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in equal or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience on ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI Z-540
  • Experience troubleshooting, testing, calibrating, adjusting, monitoring devices
  • Experience performing calibrations such as temperatures, electrical, mechanical, dimensional, etc.
  • Experience conducting uncertainty analysis is a plus
