We're looking for an In-Processing Admin to join Day & Zimmermann team to supporting our Team onsite in Waterford, CT for the Fall Outage.


As the In-Processing Admin here's the work you'll do:

Coordinates the administrative process for onboarding site employees and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all requirements.

Key Responsibilities


  • Schedule and track background checks and clearances.
  • Process badging and site access documentation.
  • Maintain personnel files and records.
  • Communicate onboarding requirements to new personnel.
  • Support HR and security teams as needed.

Experience & Education

  • 2+ years of administrative or HR experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.


In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $31,000 - $55,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
