As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, ensuring every guest receives a professional, transparent, and positive experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs.
• Provide customers with updates on repair status and estimated completion times.
• Explain repair recommendations, maintenance needs, and associated costs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales performance goals.

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
