Logistics Coordinator, Vehicle Dynamics

• Coordinate and execute the transportation of race vehicles and equipment to and from events, test tracks, and off-site locations

• Safely operate large transport vehicles and trailers carrying high-value race and engineering vehicles

• Properly secure vehicles, equipment, and cargo for transport following strict load securement protocols

• Plan and manage logistics schedules to ensure vehicles and equipment arrive on time and in full

• Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of trailers, tow vehicles, and all associated equipment

• Perform ongoing race trailer maintenance and preparation to ensure equipment is event-ready at all times

• Operate forklifts to retrieve, move, and stage pallets and equipment throughout the facility

• Support workshop operations including parts organization, vehicle preparation, and general facility upkeep

• Assist technicians and engineers with vehicle builds, teardowns, and event preparation as needed

• Travel to support race events, test sessions, and off-site programs as needed (approximately 20-30% of the time)

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, vehicle transport, or a motorsport/racing environment

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record and experience towing large enclosed or open trailers

• Forklift certified with experience retrieving pallets, staging freight, and managing warehouse operations

• Strong knowledge of load securement best practices and DOT compliance requirements

• Experience transporting high-value or sensitive vehicles with care and precision

• Ability to assist in a workshop setting and support technicians with general tasks

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines

• A team-first attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel as required by the race and testing schedule
