OVERVIEW We're looking for a collaborative and motivated pharmacy leader who is passionate about developing teams, improving processes, and advancing patient care through innovation. In this role, you'll lead pharmacy automation, sterile products, and diversion prevention programs while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to enhance workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and create a safe, efficient medication-use process that makes a meaningful impact every day. Shift: Day Shift Hours ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervisory Duties & Responsibilities
Manages, trains, and evaluates Automation Coordinators, Sterile Products Coordinators, and Diversion Coordinators Builds a team capable of, and committed to, addressing and supporting real time issues Coordinates work schedules, delegates projects and tracks performance metrics. Ensures adequate staffing and coverage Works closely with other pharmacy leadership team members to implement opportunities to improve operations including, but not limited to, productivity improvement, increased capacity, improved quality, cost reduction, and best practice workflows Includes supervisory responsibilities such as employee evaluations, performance management, and timekeeping as applicable. Completes employee evaluations and feedback in a timely manner. Assumes staff pharmacy responsibilities as needed Other duties as assigned
Operational Duties & Responsibilities
Directs building, testing, and maintenance of pharmacy automation systems for optimization and upgrades Ensures USP <797> and USP <800> compliance and sterile IV room workflows are optimized Leads diversion monitoring, reporting, and investigation processes Develops and oversees technician training and competency programs Collaborates with Digital Technology Services (DTS), Nursing, and other cross-functional leadership on system improvements Develops policies, ensures compliance, and drives quality improvement initiatives Ensures all pharmacy systems comply with regulatory standards (DEA, Joint Commission) for quality assurance and compliance while leading audits and maintaining data validation protocols Analyzes current workflows and recommends technology-driven solutions to improve patient safety, streamling medication distribution, and reduce waste Other duties as assigned

PAY RANGE:
$28.26 - $43.81
