Step into a pivotal role where your strategic vision and operational expertise will directly shape how customers discover and experience new products. As a key player on the team, you will be instrumental in optimizing the flow of product samples, ensuring that exciting new offerings reach our stores and online platforms efficiently and effectively. Your work will directly impact customer engagement and satisfaction, driving the success of our sampling initiatives and contributing to the overall market presence of our brand.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist in developing strategies for prioritizing purchase orders (POs) and allocating resources based on business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and distribution centers to ensure products are processed efficiently, supporting business objectives and minimizing workload.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize operational processes.
  • Facilitate reporting on allocation strategies for various markets, ensuring compliance with product and brand guidelines while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Track and report on purchase orders to ensure timely inbound inventory to distribution centers, aligning with business needs and updating internal tracking systems.
  • Communicate and escalate critical information regarding late key launches or inventory concerns to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors/partners and distribution centers to ensure inventory accuracy, timely delivery, and appropriate allocation.
  • Monitor weekly in-stock levels for retail locations, manage distribution center logs for problem inventory, and handle store requests and communications.
  • Support additional department projects as required.


Required Skills:



  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
  • Excellent technical proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including advanced Excel functions like formulas and pivot tables.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Robust organizational and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Adept at navigating and resolving ambiguous situations.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Possess a proactive, positive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to engage hands-on.
  • Personable and adaptable to evolving business demands and changes.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting and aligning with Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
