Position Summary:
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is seeking a motivated and collaborative Custodial Supervisor to lead daily custodial operations and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment. This position provides direct supervision to custodial staff, oversees scheduling and staffing, coordinates training and performance management, and ensures compliance with cleaning, safety, and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with campus partners, manage custodial supplies and equipment, support special events, analyze operational data, and continuously improve service quality, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives, including waste and recycling programs. This is a full-time, benefit eligible, position with a salary of $60,000.00, commensurate with experience. Key Job Responsibilities:- Develops, directs, and monitors the implementation of cleaning standards, emergency planning and response, and staffing strategies across multiple work units.
