What You'll Do:
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and motors to identify the root cause of equipment failures.
  • Disassemble, inspect, measure, and evaluate hydraulic components for repair.
  • Replace seals, rods, valves, gaskets, and other components to restore equipment to manufacturer standards.
  • Operate hydraulic test benches to verify pressure, flow, and leak-free performance before delivery.
  • Calibrate, repair, and maintain electronic and mechanical measuring and test equipment.
  • Communicate repair recommendations, replacement options, and cost estimates to customers.
  • Accurately document inspections, repairs, testing results, and completed work.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace while managing tools, equipment, and parts inventory.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of progressive hands-on experience in repairing and troubleshooting hydraulic systems.
  • 2+ years of experience using micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches, and hose crimpers.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and parts manuals.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, crouch, and lift heavy components (up to 33 lbs) unassisted.
