APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Troubleshoot hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and motors to identify the root cause of equipment failures. Disassemble, inspect, measure, and evaluate hydraulic components for repair. Replace seals, rods, valves, gaskets, and other components to restore equipment to manufacturer standards. Operate hydraulic test benches to verify pressure, flow, and leak-free performance before delivery. Calibrate, repair, and maintain electronic and mechanical measuring and test equipment. Communicate repair recommendations, replacement options, and cost estimates to customers. Accurately document inspections, repairs, testing results, and completed work. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while managing tools, equipment, and parts inventory. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of progressive hands-on experience in repairing and troubleshooting hydraulic systems. 2+ years of experience using micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches, and hose crimpers. What Sets You Apart: Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and parts manuals. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, crouch, and lift heavy components (up to 33 lbs) unassisted.
