Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Co-Brand Marketing is responsible for managing campaigns and marketing initiatives for the U.S. and LACAR JetBlue Credit Card programs with the goal of acquiring new and qualified card members and driving spend with existing card members. The Senior Analyst will also support the communication and promotion of the BlueHouse lounge to drive awareness and engagement as it continues to evolve to meet our business and customer needs. This role will work closely with the Loyalty team and with our co-brand issuer and payments partners to articulate the benefits of the Credit Card and Loyalty programs, ensure compliance and leverage co-marketing funds. The Senior Analyst will also work with the Media & Personalization teams to ensure that the Co-Brand and Loyalty marketing ecosystem is optimized across JetBlue's paid media (OOH, TV, digital video, etc.). Essential Responsibilities
- Overseeing the development of the U.S. and LACAR Co-Brand marketing strategy, brand campaigns and promotions, inclusive of, crafting briefs, creative evaluation and feedback, optimizing marketing plans and analyzing program results
- Leading acquisition and spend marketing efforts across all JetBlue-owned digital channels
- Partnering with the Media team to create acquisition performance marketing and search campaign media plans
- Representing JetBlue as the day-to-day point-of-contact for campaigns and marketing initiatives with agencies and co-brand partners, maintaining a positive relationship with both
- Serving as an internal workgroup liaison, partnering closely with internal Loyalty & Co-Brand team to understand program strategy and roadmap and facilitating discussions to inform and determine business and communications needs
- Lead marketing efforts for other co-brand-related initiatives as needed
- Lead BlueHouse lounge marketing efforts
- Partner with regional marketing and brand teams to promote co-brand credit card in key markets
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field; ORdemonstratedcapability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years ofpreviousrelevant work experience
- Three (3) years of marketing, brand, or advertising experience
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working through the entire advertising process, including briefing/strategy, creative development, media planning, execution and reporting
- Deep understanding and passion for the loyalty and co-brand space
- Creating and analyzing marketing metrics (tactics, budgets and ROI)
- Ability to manage advertising agency and other business partners
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US isrequired, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of marketing/brand/advertising experience
- Two (2) years credit card co-brand or loyalty marketing experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency

- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $88,000.00 and $132,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
