All hair must be placed inside hairnet and hairnet must be worn below ears. Smocks must be removed prior to entering break room or restroom.

Steel toe safety shoes must be worn at all times.

When not in use, always lower the forks of the pallet jack to the floor. Never leave the forks in a raised position.

Compare labels to travelers for accurate information. Check to see if materials used for packaging matches the bill of materials section of the traveler. If any other item is used other than specified on the traveler, the item #, description, and quantity used for each shift must be written at the bottom of the traveler. Make a list of the remaining balances on all travelers. Check all machines for sufficient supplies the Line Inspectors may need.

Notify warehouse when supplies are needed.

At the end of the run or a mold change, fill out the Return to Warehouse Ticket for any supplies being returned to the warehouse.

Cardboard totes must be loaded and unloaded utilizing a 2-person "team lift". Only the amount of cardboard necessary to fill a box rack may be brought out at any given time.

Plastic straps used to secure bundles of cardboard must be removed using an approved safety knife and cut-resistant gloves. The straps must be removed completely and disposed of in a waste receptacle as soon as they are removed. Do not leave straps on floor where they may become a slip or trip hazard.

When pallets are brought from the warehouse, inspect pallets for the following: broken boards, excessive dirt, rat and bird droppings, etc. Only bring clean and unbroken pallets to the molding floor.

When bringing totes for bailing, remove stretch wrap and wipe top of tote with a rag, removing all dust before coming onto the production floor. Totes and all skids of product transferring from the warehouse to the rework area must be wiped off with a rag removing all dust from the top of product.

If assisting with breaks, make sure breaks and lunches are given at appropriate time.
