Description

Dryer operators:

The schedule will be 6 PM to 6 AM working 7 days every 2 weeks, for the PM operators and 6 AM to 6 PM for the AM operators.

Starting pay $26.27 per hour. Raises in the first year give the potential to make up to $28.59.

Night Differential of $1.20 per hour.

Job Description:

(1) Take full responsibility for drying and instantizing operations. Primary responsibility will be on the Protein Dryer.

(2) Operate and CIP the Protein Dryers, Instantizer and related equipment.

(3) Monitor operations with Panel View controller and associated equipment

(5) Perform on time all necessary readings and samples.

(6) Keep all equipment, dryer area, and control room clean.

(7) Remain in the dryer area when dryers are in operation.

(8) Keep clear, accurate, and timely records

(9) Understand the plant's commitment to quality and to customer's expectations.

(10) Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Job Description:

Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50#
Must be able to rarely push and pull 500# chemical barrel
Exposure to extreme changes in temperature
Frequent stairs
