Description Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Aspen Center! Located in Waukesha County, Aspen Center provides residential substance use treatment for men in a supportive, recovery-focused environment. Our mission is to empower individuals with the skills, support, and resources they need to achieve lasting recovery and long-term sobriety. As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll play an important role in helping residents build healthier, more independent lives. Every day, you'll provide encouragement, supervision, and compassionate support while creating a safe and structured environment where recovery can thrive. Whether you're helping residents develop life skills, supporting treatment goals, or celebrating milestones, your work will make a meaningful difference.
