Requisition ID req37275 Working Title Dept Human Resources Rep Position Grade 12 Position Summary The James and Gail Ellis School of Business Leadership (formerly Anderson School of Management) at The University of New Mexico (UNM) is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a warm and professional demeanor to join our Business Operations team as a Department Human Resources Rep. Reporting directly to our HR Operations Manager, the Dept Human Resources Rep will oversee, coordinate, and guide various human resources activities, recruitment, and operational and employment processes for the college. Now is an exciting time to join our team. In May 2026, UNM received a historic $30 million gift from longtime supporters James and Gail Ellis to be directed toward the advancement of business leadership education at UNM.
