Pay From: $30 per hour

MUST:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a medical office in an outpatient or ambulatory environment

* Demonstrated experience processing payroll.

* Strong supervisory and leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold staff accountable.

* Extensive knowledge of medical billing, coding, insurance claims, collections, and revenue cycle management.

* Hands-on billing experience with the ability to step in and assist when necessary.

* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and practice management software.

* Strong understanding of scheduling, workflow management, and office operations.

* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

* Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare compliance requirements.

DUTIES:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing medical practice. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with strong knowledge of medical billing, payroll, staff supervision, scheduling, and practice operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, fostering a positive team culture, and supporting the continued growth and success of the practice.

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical office to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and workflow.

* Supervise administrative and clinical support staff, providing leadership, coaching, performance management, and ongoing development.

* Process and oversee payroll accurately and on schedule.

* Supervise the medical billing department, ensuring timely claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up.

* Maintain hands-on knowledge of medical billing processes and assist with billing functions as needed.

* Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing and efficient office coverage.

* Monitor office productivity, identify workflow improvements, and implement operational best practices.

* Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare regulations.

* Oversee front office operations, including patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and customer service.

* Collaborate with physicians and leadership to develop strategies that improve patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

* Assist with budgeting, expense management, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
