We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $96.68/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:
The HR People Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing hands-on HR support to drive workforce performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with leaders and employees to manage employee relations, talent initiatives, organizational change, and HR programs.
Key Responsibilities
*Partner with leaders to provide HR guidance and data-driven solutions on workforce and people matters.
*Support employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, attendance management, and policy interpretation.
*Advise on talent management activities including workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, retention, and DEI initiatives.
*Support organizational changes, business transformations, and workforce integration activities.
*Provide guidance on compensation, recognition, and total rewards programs.
*Resolve employee and leader inquiries through HR service channels and prevent issue escalation.
*Communicate HR policies, programs, and best practices to leaders and employees.
*Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business stakeholders on key people initiatives.
*Promote an inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
*5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations experience preferred.
*Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR policies.
*Experience supporting unionized or labor-sensitive environments is an advantage.
*Excellent consulting, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
*Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
*Proficiency with HR technology, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
*Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders.
*Collaborative and customer-focused approach.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Passion for building an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workforce.
