The Worldwide Devices & Services (WDS) organization exists to help customers easily discover and choose the right Windows device through seamless, curated omnichannel experiences. As the worldwide consumer Channel & Partner Marketing Director - Surface and Microsoft 365, you will lead one of Microsoft's largest global marketing organizations responsible for bringing Microsoft's first-party devices and productivity experiences to life across the world's leading retailers, marketplaces, distributors, and OEMs (original equipment manufacturers). Surface represents Microsoft's premium AI PC portfolio and showcases the best of windows innovation through beautifully designed devices that demonstrate what's next in AI-powered computing. Microsoft 365 is our flagship cloud subscription, bringing together the world's most trusted productivity applications like word, excel, PowerPoint now powered with Copilot, and AI agents to help hundreds of millions of people create, communicate, collaborate, and achieve more every day. As a member of the global WDS Marketing Leadership Team, you will help shape the future direction of Microsoft's worldwide marketing organization while leading one of its largest global teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape how customers around the world discover, choose, and experience Microsoft's devices, productivity cloud, and AI innovations. You will lead one of WDS Marketing's largest global organizations while helping define the future of omnichannel marketing, partner engagement, and AI-powered customer experiences. This role has end-to-end accountability for worldwide go-to-market marketing across Surface and Microsoft 365, spanning strategy, campaigns, storytelling, partner marketing, field execution, growth marketing, and business performance. Partner Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
