Salary: $57.09-63.43 Hourly W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match
The Production Operations team is looking for an Airtable Specialist to support the development and implementation of Airtable across teams. This role reports into the Live & Studio Production organization.
This role requires an extremely detail-oriented and organized person who is familiar with collaborative workflow tools and applications. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a passion for learning new tools, tools implementation, and ability to work cross-functionally. They will need to have clear and effective communication skills and be able to work well with various teams. They should be curious about learning how user groups operate, but also have a long-tail desire to help the live production organization optimize the way it works overall. Key Qualifications
- Experience implementing new processes across an organization
- Excellent listener and note-taker
- Experience adhering to a sprint release plan and tracking key project milestones, deadlines and statuses
- Experience testing and implementing workflow management systems or software
- Ability to retain new information and learn workflows quickly
- Ability to analyze data and recommend process improvements
- Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and partner with others
- Must possess a "can-do" attitude (no job too small)
- Experience handling sensitive and classified information/data with the upmost discretion
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to work autonomously and communicate clearly potential project or sprint blockers
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adjusting to evolving business requirements and priorities
Experience
- 2-5 years experience in a tools, platforms, or applications implementation role
- 1-2 years Airtable experience with a strong understanding of Airtable features; such as Linked Relationships, Interfaces, and Automations
- Preferred experience working in venues or event facilities
- Proven record of quickly ramping to understand a complex organization's end user types, individual groups' requirements and how potential new features or changes impact a platform holistically
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Live & Studios Productions Operations Lead with Airtable builds, testing, and maintenance
- Assisting in deployment of Airtable processes and workflows across teams
- Develop documentation and training materials for new processes and workflows
- Lead platform training sessions, and act as point of contact for user feedback and questions
- Facilitate ongoing office hours & 1:1 user support as needed
- Provides a respectful and patient environment to listen and document feedback and concerns from those in the user base
- Monitor quality of tools to ensure all business requirements are met
- Manage and track any bugs and identify missing functionalities
- Thoroughly validate product in both test and production environments
- Support in authenticating the functionality of a build
- Data entry and optimization as needed
Education
- BA/BS degree preferred or relevant experience
