As an Industrial Engineer Intern, you'll dive into the heart of operations, applying industrial engineering principles to real-world challenges. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining processes, and ensuring that efficiency and quality are at the core of every operation. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and analyzing production, labor, and process data to help improve workflow, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Observe manufacturing operations and help document current processes, work balance, and sequence of operations.
- Participate in waste elimination and continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles. Assist with documenting process changes and improvement ideas.
- Assist with time studies, motion analysis, and standardized work reviews.
- Assist manufacturing, maintenance, and production teams with technical and analytical support for day-to-day operational issues.
- Support plant layout activities using AutoCAD.

Must-Have Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years related experience required.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
- Ability to accurately document information.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and AutoCAD.
