Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government Secret security clearance. Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Program Management, Engineering, Finance or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years experience in A/C design, mfg or service and support, to include 3 years program management consisting of any combination of supervisory experience, complex program management, and/or technical experience.
Position Purpose:
Create and provide integrated plans for input to new products in development. Manages cross functional project teams that coordinates product development. Responsibilities include guiding and leading the team in achieving the goals of the project including issue identification, resolution and contingency planning. Job Description
