Description

The Department of Urology is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to support the successful execution of innovative clinical research studies. Working closely with Clinical Research Coordinators and Senior Clinical Research Coordinators, you will assist with the day-to-day management of clinical trials, helping to coordinate study activities from start-up through closeout. This role supports protocol implementation, participant-related activities, regulatory documentation, and study operations while ensuring compliance with study protocols, institutional policies, and applicable regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in clinical research and contribute to advancements in patient care.

Hourly range: $30.74-$49.46

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build relationships.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Skills sufficient to solve problems and identify solutions
  • Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines.
  • Ability to respond to situations in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Ability to concentrate and focus in a work environment that contains distracting stimuli and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to be flexible in handling work delegated by more than one individual.
  • Typing and computer skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data entry.
  • Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential material information with judgement and discretion.
  • Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a Health Care Setting
