Job Type Full-time Description Martindale Feed Mill is currently seeking a full-time Office/Order Clerk. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills. This role is key to maintaining customer relationships. Pay: $15-$18/hour, based on experience. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Receive and process customer orders via phone, mail, and electronic platforms Accurately input customer information and order details into the system Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery Provide product recommendations based on customer needs Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and updates Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in a similar role preferred Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and values accuracy and customer satisfaction.
