SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting captive business, assisting and partnering with Leadership to evaluate potential new captive clients, onboard new captive clients, and process renewals of captive clients. Acts as a specialty support resource, sitting alongside the core consulting team to provide captive business support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews captive submissions for completeness of information, assists with submissions to captive companies, tracks progress and reviews proposals for accuracy. Files and spreads proposals as necessary.
Manages client tracking, works with Producers and account teams to gather progress and status updates, and tracks information in CRM.
Supports TPA (Third Party Administrators) and PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Managers) implementations as needed, oversees captive implementation, supports captive sponsored cost containment vendor implementations as necessary.
Provides account renewal support by overseeing collection of captive renewals and tracking renewal statistics.
Works with leadership and marketing teams with creation/modifications of captive program collateral, presentations and RFP materials.
Provides suggestions as necessary for captive practice improvements. Improvements could be related to current captive processes, including quoting, implementation and the renewal process. Looks for ways to simplify and optimize the user experience.
Provides sales support when needed. Assists with client/prospective client educational conversations, training and prepare materials for prospecting events.
Manages RFP process for proprietary offerings that are available for captive clients.
Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Seven (7) or more years related Work Experience
Three (3) or more years Employee Benefit captive experience
Self-funding and Project Management experience
Health and Welfare Insurance License
