About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Facilities team, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the backbone of our operational efficiency. This isn't just about handling packages; it's about being the critical link that ensures all incoming materials are perfectly managed, from initial receipt to final distribution. What You'll Do

• Receive, meticulously inspect, and verify all incoming shipments for accuracy and any potential damages upon arrival.
• Accurately record all delivery details, including tracking numbers, invoices, and the contents of each shipment.
• Safely unload and transport packages of various sizes, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
• Efficiently sort and store incoming items, including those from major carriers and palletized goods, in designated locations for optimal organization and easy retrieval.
• Act as a key communicator, liaising with vendors, couriers, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized receiving area, upholding safety and efficiency standards.
• Monitor inventory levels diligently, reporting any shortages or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during handling and storage processes.
• Provide essential support for outgoing shipments, including packing and labeling items as required.
• Contribute to occasional event support tasks, which may involve coordinating for audio/visual needs, setting up and tearing down furniture, arranging food and beverage, and vendor coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 70 lbs.).
• Familiarity with inventory management concepts and basic record-keeping practices.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively and independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse receiving, logistics, or delivery handling.
