Assistant In-Patient Unit Director (Weekend)

We are looking for an Assistant Director to assist in the management and coordination of the In-Patient Units (IPUs), providing operational and clinical leadership during weekend coverage.  Responsibilities include ensuring consistent leadership presence, overseeing staffing coordination, supporting clinical operations, promoting effective communication among team members, and maintaining continuity and quality of patient care.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved school of professional nursing with a BSN preferred or graduation from an approved school of professional nursing and four years experience providing direct patient care with one year in home care nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse is preferred.  (Required to obtain within 2 years of hire.)
