A Taste of What You'll Do Join Gallo's Glass Maintenance Internship Program and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment where innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence come together. As a Maintenance Operations Intern, you will work alongside experienced Maintenance Technicians and Team Leads within Gallo Glass, learning how maintenance plays a critical role in keeping equipment safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance. Throughout this 6-month internship, you will contribute to meaningful projects while developing practical skills in equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and facility operations. You'll have the opportunity to participate in machinery diagnostics, assist with repairs, and support initiatives that improve equipment readiness and reliability. You'll also gain exposure to environmental and sustainability efforts by learning about utilities, wastewater generation, water consumption, and other operational processes within the glass manufacturing environment. Working collaboratively with maintenance professionals, you'll share observations, support continuous improvement efforts, and strengthen your technical and professional skills while building a foundation for a future career in engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing operations.
