Location: 12 Months Duration: Remote Job Description Summary The Senior Product Group Manager oversees, leads and provides strategic direction to a team of product management professionals in developing and implementing the Bank's products, services, programs and projects including features, benefits and characteristics that meet customer needs. The Senior Product Group Manager is responsible for formulating strategy, policy and overall direction of the identified product or suite of products portfolio. This role is accountable for building a strong talent pipeline within the team. This candidate will lead an Agile Pod consisting of Business and Technical resources. They will be responsible for the agile delivery of prioritized, committed content ensuring the Pod remains on track. Ongoing engagement with their Leadership Team is required and prompt escalation of risks and blockers are expected. Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities Responsible for management of the overall team providing both leadership and guidance Set targets and objectives for the team, and deliver results Lead a high performing team; provide on-going feedback and performance reviews, coach and develop employees and ensure performance management activities are undertaken and completed for all employees Support an environment where team freely escalates business challenges; facilitate change through positive reinforcement of milestones and successes Oversee and lead a highly complex and diverse product function for an area of significant complexity or scope while growing talent, developing skills and capabilities to achieve career goals, support project / initiative success and achieve business results MUST-HAVE Hard Skills: 1.)
