Overview

We are CONNECTING HEALTH AND WEALTH. Come be part of remarkable.

How you can make a difference

HealthEquity Marketplace is a managed affiliate marketplace for health and wellness that helps our members get more health and healthcare per dollar. Our telehealth and digital health programs are our cornerstone offerings, bringing our members Rx and clinical solutions that deliver better outcomes across metabolic, men and women's health, hormone therapy, skincare, sleep, nutrition, and other care areas.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Health to be our visionary for our telehealth experiences and offerings. This role identifies the right clinical offerings and partners to deliver them, guides the experience and commercial components, builds, launches and operates a full complement of clinical offerings. You own our rapidly growing tele and digital health portfolio end to end, including driving the optimal member experience across every program. You will run and curate a portfolio that blends white label pathways with branded partnerships, and own the product experience, partner relationship, and business outcomes for each program across intakes, retention, and revenue.

What you will be doing

Portfolio strategy and vision

Set and drive the strategic vision for HealthEquity's digital health offerings, positioning it as the cornerstone of our Marketplace value proposition

  • Define the specific offerings, resulting therapies, and expected business / health outcomes from the portfolio

  • Own the end to end member experience across the digital health portfolio, even where that experience is executed through a partner rather than built by HealthEquity

  • Decide, by program and care area, whether a white label or third party experience best serves member experience and quality of outcome, and revisit as partners and programs evolve

  • Set targets for subscribers, revenue, and churn by program, and own the plan to deliver them

Partner and provider ownership

  • Own the end to end relationship for every partner or provider in the digital health portfolio

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new partners, and manage renewal, expansion, and renegotiation of existing ones

  • Hold partners accountable to volume, quality, and service level commitments, and manage the partnership through underperformance, escalation, or exit when needed

  • Bring heavy hands on influence to the white label partner experience, shaping intake, prescribing flow, refill and adherence journeys, and support touchpoints so they meet our high bar of clinical and experience standards

Subscriber, revenue, and Retention ownership

  • Own the P&L level outcomes for the digital health portfolio: subscriber growth, revenue, margin, take rate, and churn

  • Build and maintain the unit economics and churn models that inform pricing, promotion, and partner terms

  • Diagnose churn and retention issues by program and cohort, and drive the fixes, whether product, partner, packaging, or offering

Merchandising and demand generation

  • Decide what gets highlighted across the digital health category: which programs, which offers, and in what order

  • Drive copy and creative that reflects the offer accurately and converts, working directly with brand and content teams

  • Run the promotion calendar and strategy for the category, including launches, seasonal pushes, and offer testing

  • Partner with demand and growth teams to drive awareness and conversion into the right program for each member

Cross functional leadership

  • Work closely with Compliance and Legal on eligibility, licensing, and clinical program requirements across states and categories

  • Partner with Engineering and Design on the white label experience and any custom UX needed to differentiate the offering

  • Represent the digital health category to Marketplace and HealthEquity leadership, including performance reviews and investment cases for new categories or partners

What you will need to be successful
  • 6+ years of experience in cash-pay clinical ecommerce or DTC digital health with direct or indirect ownership of revenue, subscribers, and / or retention

  • Experience managing third party telehealth, pharmacy, or clinical provider relationships, such as white label, private label, or platform models

  • Working knowledge of subscription unit economics: patient starts, retention, LTV, CAC, and payback

  • Strong partner and merchant management skills

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a 0 to 1 to 100 scaling environment

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience running merchandising or promotion strategy in an ecommerce or DTC setting, including copy and creative decisions

  • Experience in metabolic, weight loss, women's health, men's health, skincare, or lifestyle categories

  • Familiarity with HSA/FSAs and employer benefit programs.
