Baptist Health is looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst - Associate to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN

Under general supervision of the IT Help Desk Manager, provide software, hardware, andnetwork troubleshooting and problem resolution to all BHS entities. Perform question/problemdiagnosis and guiding users through template driven solutions in a helpdesk environment. Clearlycommunicate solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Escalates issues to proper secondlevel support teams based on established guidelines and procedures using helpdesk software andtools.

Qualifications:

• Associate degreewith one year of job-related experience or two years of direct experience in a technology or healthcare support related role in lieu of degree.

• Prior healthcare support or healthcare customer supportposition preferred.

• Prior customer serviceexperience preferred.

• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Experience working in a customer service role preferred.
