Description Position Title: Fabrication Foreman

We are looking for a Fabrication Foreman to help support that mission through strong leadership, quality workmanship, and a commitment to safety. Position Summary The Fabrication Foreman provides daily leadership and oversight of fabrication operations, serving as the link between hands-on production and department leadership. This position is responsible for coordinating the work of Welders, Fabricators, and Machine Operators while ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. The Fabrication Foreman will utilize strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, materials, and equipment to troubleshoot issues, support employees, and maintain an efficient workflow. This position is expected to lead by example, promote accountability, and continuously look for opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership Scope The Fabrication Foreman is responsible for the overall coordination and performance of the fabrication team. While Welders, Fabricators, and Machine Operators are primarily responsible for completing their assigned production tasks, the Fabrication Foreman provides daily leadership, direction, and oversight of the department's activities. The Foreman is responsible for assigning work, coordinating employees and equipment, monitoring production progress, addressing technical and operational issues, reinforcing safety and quality standards, and communicating production needs and challenges to leadership. The Fabrication Foreman is expected to remain engaged in the production environment and lead by example through strong technical knowledge, work ethic, communication, and commitment to safety and quality.
