We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist to join a dynamic team, playing a critical role in medication therapy management. This pivotal role allows you to directly impact patient health by ensuring safe and effective medication use, providing essential consultations, and contributing to a system that delivers personalized health information. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving patient understanding and adherence, directly contributing to better health outcomes and the overall success of care initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be open to working part-time
  • Have a current and valid Pharmacist's License for the State of Florida.


What You'll Do:



  • Conduct comprehensive medication reviews (CMR) through outbound calls, providing essential medication therapy management (MTM) services.
  • Deliver in-depth consultations on medication use, adhering to established clinical guidelines.
  • Accurately transcribe patient-specific prescription and diagnosis information, along with recommendations, into a specialized web-based application.
  • Process data to generate standardized documents that will be provided to individual patients.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound phone calls, engaging with patients to discuss their medication needs.
  • Ensure precision and efficiency in all data entry tasks related to patient information and recommendations.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to continuously enhance skills and knowledge pertinent to your role.


What You'll Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • A valid Pharmacist License in Florida is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a clinical medication therapy management (MTM) pharmacist.
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators related to medication adherence and quality metrics in a healthcare setting.
  • Profound understanding of pharmaceutical and medical terminology.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in conducting thorough medication reviews.
  • Fluency in spoken, reading, and written English.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven tech-savviness, comfortable with various digital tools and platforms.
  • A self-directed and highly organized approach to work.
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • A sense of urgency and commitment to timely completion of duties.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Previous management experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
  • Experience utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software.
