About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where your design expertise will directly influence the visual identity of a world-renowned technology brand and its diverse portfolio. As a key member of a small, embedded creative team, you will bring design systems, typography, and visual identity to life across a wide array of brand touchpoints. This is a hands-on execution role for a designer who deeply values craft and consistency, and whose work will help build breakthrough campaigns and bring cutting-edge technology stories to life for audiences around the world. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping how this innovative brand shows up in culture and in the market, making a tangible impact on its global presence.

Responsibilities



  • Design within and help maintain the brand's design systems, applying typography, layout, and visual identity guidelines consistently across projects.
  • Produce key visuals, campaign assets, templates, and brand collateral across the master brand and its sub-brands.
  • Work with photography, including sourcing, art directing, cropping, and retouching images to fit brand guidelines and key visual language.
  • Partner with the Creative Director, Brand to translate creative direction into polished, on-brand execution.
  • Build and update templates, guideline documents, and asset libraries that empower the broader organization to apply the brand correctly.
  • Collaborate effectively with other designers on the team, sharing feedback and upholding a consistent quality bar.
  • Incorporate feedback from creative and stakeholder reviews, iterating quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Stay current on typography, layout, and visual design trends relevant to the brand's category.


Qualifications



  • 3-6 years of experience in visual or brand design, ideally within an in-house, agency, or embedded team setting.
  • Strong typography and layout skills, with an exceptional eye for detail and consistency.
  • Proven experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Comfort and proficiency working with photography - including direction, selection, cropping, and basic retouching.
  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates range across various brand touchpoints, showcasing diverse deliverables.
  • Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort receiving and applying creative direction effectively.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience designing for leading technology or consumer electronics brands.
  • Experience working across a multi-brand or sub-brand portfolio.
  • Familiarity with maintaining brand asset libraries or design system documentation.
