Job Summary
Southwire's Sales Rotational Program recognizes early emergent talent from recent college graduates and serves as a pipeline for future sales professionals across the organization. This program is designed to successfully develop future commercial leaders through a combination of diverse rotational assignments, targeted training, handson experience, and continuous coaching and development. As a participant in this multi-year program, you will gain exposure to multiple areas within Southwire's commercial ecosystem, including Contractor Solutions, Specialty Channel Sales, and Retail Sales functions. Through these rotations, you will learn to execute sales strategies, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and understand the technical and commercial drivers that support one of North America's leading manufacturers in the wire and cable industry. You will gain onthejob experience, customer-facing exposure, and cross-functional collaboration opportunities that prepare you for a full-time sales role upon program completion. Key Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree Specialized Degree: Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field 0-2 Years Experience Field(s) of Expertise: Internship, co-op, campus leadership, customer service, sales support, or project-based experience preferred Preferred Education & Experience
Specialized Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Professional Selling, Management, or related field 2-4 Years Experience Field(s) of Expertise: Sales, distribution, channel management, customer engagement, or related business experience Spans of Control
