Low Voltage Cable Technician - Rock Hill, SC Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Cable Technician in Rock Hill, SC! We're looking for reliable, motivated technicians to support commercial structured cabling projects throughout the Rock Hill and surrounding Charlotte-area market. This is a great opportunity for technicians looking for consistent work, career growth, and the opportunity to expand their experience across structured cabling and other low voltage systems. Responsibilities Pull, route, dress, label, and terminate CAT5e/CAT6 cabling Terminate data jacks and patch panels Install J-hooks, cable supports, and pathway systems Install and dress racks, cabinets, and patch panels Assist with MDF/IDF buildouts Test and troubleshoot installed cabling Read and follow prints, floor plans, and cable layouts Maintain clean and professional cable management Work safely from ladders and lifts as required Support fiber, access control, CCTV, and other low voltage installations depending on project needs Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements Requirements Previous commercial low voltage or structured cabling experience preferred Experience pulling and terminating CAT5e/CAT6 Familiarity with racks, patch panels, J-hooks, and cable pathways Ability to use basic low voltage hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and follow project layouts Comfortable working independently and as part of a crew Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work safely in an active commercial construction environment Basic hand tools and required PPE OSHA 10, Lift, BICSI, and other industry certifications are a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for technicians across multiple experience levels.
