Goodwill of Colorado Job Description Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour. Work Schedule: 1st Shift - 6:00am-4:30pm 2nd Shift - 2:30pm-1:00am 3rd Shift - 12:00am-10:30am JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for creating a calm, welcoming, and well-organized environment where individuals are treated with dignity, expectations are clearly communicated, and personal growth is encouraged. Campus Coordinators blend compassionate support with accountability, ensuring each interaction reflects respect, care, and consistency.
