Application Window Open date: September 9, 2026 Next review date: Friday, Oct 9, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Thursday, Mar 9, 2028 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description UCSF Fresno & Inspire Health - Division Chief for the Gastroenterology & Hepatology Division UCSF Fresno and Central California Faculty Medical Group, dba Inspire Health are seeking a full-time faculty member at the Associate or Full Professor rank to serve as Division Chief for the Gastroenterology & Hepatology Division. Applicants must possess a medical degree (MD, DO or equivalent), be board certified in Gastroenterology, eligible for California medical license and obtain prior to hire, and have strong leadership experience and background. The UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program provides care in Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) - a 700-bed Level 1 Trauma Center - and has a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite. UCSF Fresno prides itself on having a well-established, ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship. The program is based in Fresno, California, where residents enjoy a high standard of living combined with a low cost of living.
