Job Description Summary As a Deskside Support Specialist, your primary role will be to provide technical services to internal customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop, remote desktop, and mobile devices. You will ensure that all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues, are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, and Washington:$56,000.00 - $119,000.00 annually.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, health and welfare insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
