You'll help create a welcoming, efficient experience for patients while supporting providers and keeping daily practice operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative healthcare environment. What You'll Do * Coordinate patient appointments and provider schedules * Welcome patients and support check-in, check-out, and co-pay collection * Answer calls, route messages, and assist with patient questions * Coordinate prior authorizations, prescription requests, test results, and provider messages * Process billing forms and maintain patient records in EPIC * Support advanced or surgical scheduling as needed * Serve as an EPIC Super User, with training provided * Assist with staff training and day-to-day practice operations Qualifications What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required 2-3 years of office or administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team Knowledge of general office operations and administrative procedures Additional Job Details (if applicable) Why Join Mass General Brigham?
