Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join a pioneering team dedicated to the safe and efficient operation of a rapidly expanding autonomous vehicle fleet. In this role, you won't just manage tasks; you'll be the architect of operational excellence, bringing essential structure and clarity to complex challenges. You will directly influence the scalability and reliability of cutting-edge autonomous services, transforming operational hurdles into seamless processes and making a tangible impact on an industry that is redefining transportation.

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain comprehensive operational process documentation, including playbooks, workflows, and checklists, ensuring all procedures are accurate, organized, versioned, and readily accessible as operations evolve.
  • Manage the end-to-end operational issue resolution process, encompassing triage of incoming tickets, priority assignment, tracking of root cause analysis, coordination of solutions, and confirmation of full resolution prior to closure.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to investigate operational challenges, identify underlying root causes, implement effective solutions, and integrate process improvements into daily workflows.
  • Develop and maintain insightful reporting and dashboards, providing leadership with clear visibility into issue resolution progress, recurring trends, operational performance, and overall program health.
  • Support the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at scaling fleet operations, meticulously tracking cross-functional milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate recurring issue triage meetings, program reviews, and stakeholder discussions, ensuring all action items are clearly documented, assigned, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and establish standardized processes across various teams.
  • Support general project and program management activities, including scheduling, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project or program management, ideally within a technical, operational, or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for effective issue tracking, workflow management, project coordination, and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, documenting, maintaining, or improving operational processes, workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), or playbooks.
  • Ability to manage issues comprehensively from identification through resolution, including prioritization, progress tracking, stakeholder coordination, and diligent follow-through.
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Experience tracking project milestones, dependencies, action items, and risks, while maintaining clear visibility into overall program progress.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations, effectively manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly to evolving operational needs.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting operational scaling initiatives within fleet operations, automotive, robotics, manufacturing, infrastructure, or other complex technical environments.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies, such as Five Whys or Fishbone diagrams.
  • Experience building dashboards, monitoring operational metrics, or reporting on issue resolution trends and program performance.
  • Background in autonomous vehicle operations, robotics, or related emerging technologies.
