Sidel Relief - Swing Shift

General Job Description

This individual will learn all the jobs in the Department and will fill in when other employees are on vacation, lunch, or break. This person must be able to learn quickly and be able to perform more than one task at a time. There will be some repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs. The shift may last up to 12 hrs.

Also perform any other duties as designated by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and abilities

• Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
• Able to effectively work in a team environment
• Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Must be able to read, write and speak English

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Production or general work experience preferred

This person must be self motivated, detail oriented, and willing to be flexible as to their schedule. Must be honest and hard working. There will be a drug test, physical and background check.
