Plan and deliver organizational announcements, change management communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Manage divisional intranet content, including content development, design, and ongoing updates. Evaluate and implement new communication channels to improve employee awareness, engagement, and access to information. Support an inclusive workplace culture while maintaining internal control standards and addressing audit findings and regulatory issues, as applicable. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive level communication creation Minimum 5 years of experience in Creation of complex PowerPoint presentations Minimum 5 years of experience in Project management foundational What Sets You Apart: Personal Computer skills Knowledge of contemporary communications channeled Design and publication skills.
