Banking Center Market President

The Banking Center Market President is responsible for overseeing lending activities for either a geographic region or for a designated market niche. The position is responsible for

• Calls on potential or existing customers to develop ew business and increase or retain existing business
• Develops, analyzes and approves loans within lending limits, and recommends loans over limits, in accordance with loan policies and underwriting guidelines to ensure the quality
• Oversees the coordination and efficient implementation of marketing, sales and customer service strategies to build and retain loans and deposits and to ensure the delivery of
• Monitors delinquency, loss, and risk rating accuracy across all assigned business units
• Assists relationship managers with structuring, pricing, and documentation of larger commercial loan transactions
• Maintains prescribed security controls to protect the facility against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure
• Requires work on physical bank premises

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational /work experience
• 8+ years commercial lending experience, management experience

Skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to carry out written instructions
• Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as required.
• Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs
