Director, Salesforce CRM Product Strategy
Work Arrangement: 4 days per week onsite, occasional travel less than 25%. Location: McKinney, TX (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite) Compensation:$180,000 Base Salary + 20% Annual Target Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Why Consider This Opportunity? Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce product leader to guide the evolution of an enterprise CRM environment supporting sales operations, customer engagement, and business growth. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic, hands-on Product Owner who understands how to connect business objectives with technology investments and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer relationships. The successful candidate will have extensive experience overseeing Salesforce products, establishing product direction, managing enhancement priorities, and working with technology teams to deliver impactful capabilities. This role combines product strategy, business process optimization, customer analytics, and emerging AI technologies. This is a senior-level individual contributor position offering significant influence over enterprise technology decisions without direct people-management responsibilities.
