Job Description Sapiens has something truly unique. Over 40 years, we've built deep insurance expertise that no-one else can replicate. Combined with the power of SapiensAIP that knowledge gives us an extraordinary opportunity to transform how insurance works, and to help build the autonomous insurer of tomorrow. This is where Advance the Possible comes in. It isn't a program or a new strategy. It's our DNA. It's about how we think, work and challenge ourselves every day. It means moving with greater urgency, questioning old ways of working and creating better outcomes for our customers. Go to https://sapiens.com to find out more. Come join us now! Job Requirements Proven leader of high-calibre technical and/or customer-facing product engineering teams. Enough technical judgement to assess AI-FDE quality, enough customer judgement to assess Value FDEs. Has built a new capability, deployed AI into complex enterprises, and holds the bar under hiring pressure. 8+ years delivering software or AI solutions at customer sites, including 3+ years leading teams of 10 or more. Hands-on with AI agents and large language models in production, or a deep enterprise software delivery record and the drive to get there fast. Credibility with business leaders: you can run a workshop with a COO and a design review with engineers on the same day. Insurance or financial services experience; underwriting, claims or policy administration is a strong plus. A record of hiring well and fast, and of keeping people. Job Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, coach and retain AI-FDEs and Value FDEs; protect the hiring bar as the practice scales. Stand up customer-funded pods, each with one Value FDE and one AI-FDE as the persistent core. Allocate scarce pod capacity like investment capital: qualified accounts and use cases, not entitlement or utilization. Make every pod run the common loop: Idea, Map to Value, Build MVE, Validate, Production, next idea. Drive production adoption, customer self-sufficiency and reuse; manage staffing, bench risk, travel and pod economics. Run the field-to-Product/R&D feedback loop with AIP and agent engineering. Manages the Hub Leads in the region. Works with BVDA/BVDE/PDE and Delivery Squad leadership without duplicating their account or delivery responsibilities. How success will be judged: Time to productive pod deployment; production value and adoption across the region. Hiring quality and retention. Reuse and catalogue contribution; customer self-sufficiency and handoff quality. Pod economics and deployment of scarce capacity. Job Benefits Total target cash at the top quarter of the market, with a variable part tied to the value your pods deliver. A team you build from the start, in a model that is new to the insurance industry. Work on SapiensAIP with insurers in every major market.
